Dotadísima, a 12 time winner for the black and red silks of Establo San Antonio has been retired from racing due to a minor tendon injury. Rather than to risk her extremities in an attempt for a comeback the decision has been made to retire as a broodmare at Rancho San Antonio were she was bred, foaled and raised.
The 4 year-old mare is a daughter of Triple Crown winner and Caribbean Champion
Sicótico, out of
Mariah Lo, a classic-winning Mare of the Year that was also a winner in Puerto Rico against USA bred mares.
Definitive breeding plans have yet to be made.
